Sim card received has the whole of my name incorrectly shown.  REQUIRES urgent correction of records simple reason I am helping Police Cyber Security in a scam inquiry.  There should be NO ERRORS on my mobile phone nor on my user name with provider TALKTALK especially now with O2 with recent system errors reported.

TREAT AS URGENT PLEASE - Police visiting this morning following more scam attempts yesterday on the phone line which was subject of errors when recently topping up.  TOOK EIGHT CALLS BEFORE I WAS IN CONTACT WITH SOMEBODY.  Appreciate your cooperation.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Also remove your phone number as this is how scams start.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
