Returning a device between 14 days

I’ve ordered a Jiffy bag from o2 to send my device back as I changed my mind between the first 14 days. I’ve dropped it in one of those priority postboxes but forgot to check if there was a tracking number so now I can’t track it. It’s been over a week and still have no news about weather the device was received and I’m starting to get a bit worried. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for them to receive it?

It can take up to 2 weels to be processed by O2.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
