Solved: missing item

hello , I ordered a pair of air pods from you guys on Saturday as a gift for my brothers birthday today . i received the parcel from you guys earlier and the item is not inside , I have just received a heavily damaged box . This is very disappointing from 02 and i thought the company would be better than this
