I tried to start a finance plan for the Xbox Series X last night, I clicked pay for the £50 upfront but then a Session Expired screen came up and my order was never confirmed. I checked my bank and the money has been taken but nothing has come through as an email to say there was an order placed. Am I going to receive my order today as planned or will I get a refund?

Has the money actually left your account @Standyland or has it been reserved? Might be worth checking with your bank.
