Return and refund?

I purchased 2 sets of Galaxy pods for Christmas and since then I have been trying to return them. Does the Returns and Repair department actually exist as I cannot get in touch with them?

 

I have spoken with Live Chat who advised me to return them which I did. I have a tracking number and they have been received. I have been calling customer service who don't seem to know what I am talking about. I don't have confirmation that why have been refused so of course no refund. 

 

I subsequently raised a complaint through resolver and nothing. What can I do now?
