Requesting PAC code

I have requested the PAC code three times via chat and just tried to access it via the phone on hold for one hour only for the phone to tell me the office is closed and then hang up and the email help request link just wrote back to me how the service I used to submit the request is no longer active...I tried the complaints line but then told the wait is longer than the lines are open so it would not be answered.

 

So, anyone got any tips??

Due to call centre issues currently the only advice we can give is to keep trying, sorry.

This is a nightmare....its like being a surrogate CS. Hope this system is fixed soon

There are a few problems with contacting cs at the moment so please be patient whilst it gets sorted out.
