My partner and I both bought new phones on 2nd November. Neither of us got an email within 14 days to claim the £200 Mastercard so we both sent emails to help@o2redeem.co.uk. 22nd November and we both get asked for proof of purchase, which we promptly provide. My partner got to claim her mastercard on the 25th, I still haven't heard a peep. I've chased o2redeem multiple times and I'm just being ignored, which just winds me up even more.
We're almost a month later so I don't want them turning round and saying I'm now too late to claim. Are there any staff members on here that can help give them a push? I even tried on Twitter but they have also ignored me.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
