Good afternoon,
I left O2 and had credit on my account. I have called O2, gave them the bank details to receive a refund, 10 days passed, but no refund received. Please advise. Thank you.

Same here …shocking customer service keep putting me on hold and no helpful information

You should leave your direct debit in place and any refunds due will be paid back in to your bank account.
