Does anyone know how to make a formal complaint to 02 - I’ve looked through the ‘help & support’ section but can’t find anything to help make complaints

I have tried this but now I have logged in everything with ombudsman.  For months I have been having issues with o2. This time they are overcharging me and I can't speak to anyone who will solve it. Good luck
