Resolved! Call restriction Spain

I'm in Tenerife with my husband and he is unable to text or phone me. He gets a message stating restriction on this number. I am on a rolling contract. We have no issues in the UK. Any ideas?

Resolved! Claiming free galaxy Buds Pro2 issues

I have used the code in the checkout when attempting to get my free buds but once I entered the code in it says its free but still asks for direct debit account details for a monthly direct debit of £5.38, why would I need to pay that for free buds?
