Refund for accessories

Anyone had problems getting a refund from 02? Phone accessories ordered promptly told out of stock. Requested a refund, 3 phone calls to customer services,1 02 guru call, still no refund. Ongoing for over 1 month, is this typical customer service from 02

Yes, unfortunately fairly typical.

I'll ask @Martin-O2 @EmilieT or @Marjo if they can speed things up for you but they won't be around until Monday.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Was the accessory direct from O2 or through a 3rd party supplying O2? If the latter then they usually refund you within 7 w/days. I it's an item that O2 would have in stock normally then itcan take an age.

I think admin here is your best bet.
