Clearing a cache on win 10 and on an Android phone

Hello  

  Im experiencing some oddities on the laptop - The Virus checker etc shows nothing untoward so Im inclined to clear the cache BUT I ve forgotten how to do this. The info online makes no sense. 

Easy steps please

Also it would be good to know how to do the same on an android phone.

Depends what browser you use on your laptop ie Firefox, Chrome, Edge etc etc.

Hi, I found some settings which seem to indicate that the cache is deleted each day . So Im using a different browser which seems to have sorted the problem that had developed.
