Redeeming o2 extras

So I purchased the Disney+ extra for Pay Monthly customers and I redeemed it and verified my email on the Disney+ app. But when I go to My o2 extras, it says I haven’t redeemed it and need to. I click redeem now, and it says that I have already redeemed the code? I can’t get through to o2 in any way as well.

It's a glitch but you should still have access.

Yes I did, I have it on my TV and phone and it works perfectly

The thing I’m worried about is that the days on the Redeem now page are going down. Yesterday it was 29 days and today it is 28. I fear that it will cancel on the last day..
