hello, I have MASSIVE ISSUES with 02 and as you have probably experienced too their customer and in-branch service are useless.Did you manage to find their legal department's details?

And if lawyers can't find that then I'd sack them

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I hope that you have taken proper legal advice and have been made aware of the pitfalls of taking legal action against a multinational company. This could prove to be an expensive process and possibly quite stressful too.
