I won a £20 Pizza Express voucher last week on Monday. I didn't receive the voucher (checked spam folder etc). There seems to be no way to get in contact with the relevant team to chase up this voucher. Is anyone able to help point me in the right direction? Thanks.

We are told they seem to be taking around 48 hours. If you don't hear by the end of today, come back and  we will ask the Forum Manager to take a look

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It was last week Monday that I won so it definitely will not arrive now. I did try contacting customer services but was told that I need the O2 priority team.
