In my big bundle I have over 7gb but on my offer allowance I have 6.8gb, what’s the difference between my big bundle and offer allowance.

Hi @Mzzr - take a look in your MyO2 to see what's what: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/checking-your-balance

Your allowance is what you have left until your next top-up date, where you will get another 7GB on top of any rollover of unused allowance remaining. Remember you always need to have enough funds in your account to renew on your renewal date, otherwise you may lose your rollover data. I hope this helps.
