Over the last couple of months I have purchased International Extras to phone Kenya. However, each month, O2 have failed to take into account these international minutes and at the end of each month, I am hit with the full charge of mny calls to Kenya. This has happened 3 months running and everytime, it takes a whole bunch of calls (and a good number of weeks) to get the money back. Does anyone else have this problem? The International Extras is by far the cheapest option for calling a Kenyan mobile but it is turning out to be more hassel than it is worth and I am loathed to buy another month if I am going to just have to sort out all the extra charges.

There have been numerous problems with the service reported on the Community going back over 12 months. It's ridiculous that this hasn't been addressed as yet by O2.
