Problem with my o2 Bluetooth headset

Hi I got a free upgrade Dec gone and got an o2 bluetooth headset as part of the upgrade.

The thing is I have fully charged this headset (I know its fully charged as made beep noise) but when I disconnect the charger I can't turn the headset on.

Can anyone help?

Are you saying that you've had this headset since last December and it's never worked?

Had since last December yes and has worked fine before.

Well my Comms people. Bad news, the headset has not been sorted but Great news, o2 will send out a replacement one. So thanks for reading and replying people. Much appreciated.
