Hi
Can someone help please.
I've logged into my O2 account quite a few times before on the website and its been fine but after logging in today when i go to view account information it says there is no mobile number assigned to this account. It says to try updating my personal details but my number already comes up.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks

It's working fine for me so I suspect it's account related. Call 202 free and ask them to reset it for you.
