Hello
Due to illness I am away quite a lot.
Does the postman require a signature when delivering the modem or will it be posted through the letterbox
I am 72+ and live alone
Thank you for any kind reply

I'm not sure a modem will go through the letterbox. It may well be left with a neighbour.

That's good then. My router came in a box too big for the letter box and was left next door.

I've got the latest Box 5 and it certainly won't go through my letter box!
The outer box is 4cm thick.

But this is about either a dongle or personal hotspot device not an adsl router or am I reading it wrong?

Going off the title of the thread you are probably reading it right Adam! Just mentions modem in the post so my mistake I would think

the 3 dongle e3231 I had to get needed 3g whilst adsl was down would have gone through a letterbox in a jiffy bag (3 is not a good thing for me to say but only 3g here at present)
