I've chaged 31.83 pounds for weird premium text that I've never contacted.
Those numbers are 30040500, 85150.
They said I received that msg 15 times on 28, 29 May!
But, i didn't. I was busy that day and I didn't receive or send any msg.
And I have not any msg or evidence that I contacted them.
Is it possible to hack my mobile number?
Even though I blocked that number, I'm afraid someone use my mobile number again.
I made a year contract, but in this case can I change my mobile number?
And is there a way to refund? O2 and the company of that number said they didn't have any resposibility about that. How can I block that number safely?
