When I ring 61018 it tells me that I have to ring 61818 to turn off parental control. When I ring 61818 it tells me I don’t have parental control. So why won’t 61018 allow me to input my credit card details to turn off the internet blocker? It’s really annoying me.

to remove the website blocker you need to attempt to access a blocked site.

you will be redirected to the o2 website where you will be able to enter your credit card.

after entering the credit card you need to turn off the phone for 10 minutes and then turn it back on.

the website blocker should now be removed
