Hi, I am hoping someone can help.
I transferred my number from Three and this was so say completed yesterday.
My 02 sim is not working in my phone, although the phone accepts the sim. My old three sim still works as normal. I can’t make or receive calls or text messages with the 02 sim.
02 have confirmed the transfer is complete and are telling me to speak to Three and vice versa!
I am going round in circles!
