Solved: Virgin said O2 is giving me 18 months Apple Music ...

Please see below my conversation with Virgin Media which lead me to acquiring an O2 SIM card which I couldn't care less for. I only want the Apple Music subscription that I was promised.

See at the top they say Apple Music for 18 months.

I double checked and they confirmed.

That's a lie. You only get 6 months Apple music and O2 will text you a redemption code for it after 14 days.
