Order not updating

My order was confirmed over 48 hours ago. I have had absolutely no update on my phone and my order has not progressed at all, when it should be delivered today or tomorrow. I have contacted them via Twitter and have heard nothing back.

We are all customers here but seeing you have tried social media 

Try the Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
