Solved: Oppo free claim

So I put in my claim but no confirmation or anything about the free headset when purchasing oppo . How would I know if I'm getting it or not 🤔....

I contacted oppo said they received my claim but didn't say it's confirmed. My friend who bought his phone a week after mine received his email.....kinda worried now .....
