i can't seem to connect to any O2 wifi hotspot.
all i get is a "500 internal server error" when i browse to a page to login.
i've tried about 5 different hotspots and all with the same error.
trying to connecting on a Nexus 4 and have the O2 Wifi app installed.
the nexus 4 is the only device in my device list.
what's the problem?

Yes I get the same! Nexus 4 with O2 wifi app installed - can't get past the error 500 message. One thing I read is that when the phone is registered for O2 (which it has to be if you've installed the app) the registration can conflict with the sign in and actually STOP you using wifi! I plan to unregister my Nexus 4 and see if it solves it. I'll let you know.

Any update on this?
I've got the exact same situation. I'm using a Nexus purchased direct from the Google Play store, and get the same Error 500 if I try and use a wifi hotspot
