Travel inclusive should override the regular travel bolt on.
As long as it's showing active in your MyO2 it will be ok.

Travel inclusive bolt-on blurb here backs up what @MI5 wrote, so long as you are on one of the applicable 20GB or higher Sim-only packages - with some constraints re fair usage.

That will just be a generic text sent on arrival to countries outide the EU which are covered by O2 Travel. As said, O2 Travel Inclusive will automatically kick in if it shows as a bolt on in My O2.
