Hi

I was expecting a delivery today but O2 have given DPD the wrong postcode.  As such DPD have tried to deliever to completely the wrong area.  I have been in touch with DPD and they have said only O2 can change the postcode.  However, I am unable to speak to anyone in O2 unless I want to upgrade my phone.  Any ideas?

Someone else did this and explained the issue to DPD. They changed it for them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi thanks for the response.  Unfortunately DPD won't budge.  The first part of the address is correct, its just the postcode is wrong (a different village!).

But this is the issue.  I am unable to speak to anyone at CS.  Unless I want an upgrade then I can

to speak to anyone.  When I have spoken to people at upgrades they are working from home and unable to help.  I really don't know what to do as DPD will not amend my postcode unless this comes from O2!

Choose whichever option you have to so you can get through to someone @ianlawton.
At this time you don't really have a choice...

Phoned O2 from landline rather than using my mobile and there were more options.  I have spoken to someone now who in turn has contacted the courier.  Hopefully its sorted but I'll wait for the confirmation from the courier first!  Thanks for your responses
