Hi hlc08flower,
I'll pass this on to the team to see if anything can be done. If you have any more info that may help to investigate, do let me know.
UPDATE: Hi hlc08flower, I have sent you a private message about this. Cheers!

How long have you been without yours?
I have been unable to log in since last wednesday and have had numerous conversations with them trying to get it resolved. Was told they had refered it to technical support - still unable to get in today and have now been told it seems to be deleted and they cannot get it back, grrrr.

I'll look into this for you. Did you receive any kind of notification that it had ended? What do you see on the screen when you try to access it?

I think it must be an individual account issue or there would be masses of complaints on here. Still working for me.

Hi Toby
Thank you i would appreciate this. I had absolutely no notification at all and i am now completely stuck without much needed emails & contacts that were on there. I was of course aware that the webmail would be closing on the 1st November but i still had plenty of time to move things across.
When i try to access o2 webmail, it just says the page is not available.

I would regard your email account as gone forever as there isn't enough time for them to fix it before it shuts down.

Yes, I assume now they cannot now get it back which doesnt help with, but i want to know why it was closed in the first place. Not very good is it and the customer service they give is appalling. So glad i dont have any other products with O2. Can't trust them.
