My past Device accounts still appear on my credit history they appear as active even though they are actually paid off and closed. This is affecting my credit score because they are seen as non-secured Loans there are more then three of then still showing as active. I need O2 to contact Equifax to update their system. As the accounts are actually closed I have no account number or any sort of reference so would anyone know how I go about getting these inactive past accounts removed from my credit history Thanks

You'll need to give them as much info as you can so they can find your accounts and investigate for you.
