I wanted to buy 2 SIMs, one for each child, I managed to buy one via the online shop. I get a message to say the order cannot be completed when it gets to the credit check step. I am using the same details as per the purchase of the first SIM. Anyone knows what this is about, please?

You need to pass a credit check for each new number, and you may have hit the limit for the number of lines you can have on your account.
You can try speaking to the sales team but they will be in the same boat,
