Hi All, I have recently changed my phone to the Samsung 10+ and for some unknown reason i cannot connect to the o2 Wifi automatically when out and about and when i connect in the Sainsbury store to use their scan app, my phone says it is connect to the wifi but i cannot access anything and therefore i'm unable to use the scan as you shop app.
Not ideal in current climate. Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to sort out. I didnt have this issue on my S9.

Sometimes the old phone gets stuck in the system, so you need to call O2 to reset your wifi account to allow the new phone to register.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
