Does anybody know a reason why my phone does not meet the switch up eligibility criteria?

iPhone 15 Pro Max, No wear & tear or screen issues and it's nearly 5 months since I've had it.

@Jilto

No one here would know.

Best to go in store for an assessment and the reasons for it.

Thanks. I just thought somebody could possibly have experienced similar and would be able to give a possible reason as to why it doesn't meet the criteria despite the device being in almost perfect condition.
