Hi, I work for ISS and understand that I am able to get a discount from O2.

how do I go about this?

Check your employers intranet / employee perks website and they will tell you everything you need to know, such as the code to use.  Bare in mind you can only do this on new contracts and it only applies to the airtime portion and some handsets are excluded.
