Good Evening.

I'm wondering if you’re able to assist.
My phone does not connect to 4G. It’s always 3G, the connection is rubbish everywhere and it’s too slow to load any service. I’m really unhappy with the coverage, compared to my partner who has no issues with hers. Are you able to advise why this is the case?

Thanks

@ChrisBillo

I would start by looking at these 2 guides

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Also it might be worth trying your sim card in your partners phone, to rule out an issue with the phone.

If you still dont get 4G then I would contact customer services and request a new sim card or pop into your local o2 store with photo ID to get a new sim card, if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from another phone

We are all customers on here so can't advise you.

Have you checked your phone has 4G (LTE) selected

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
