Hi, I have been chasing them from almost 6 months to claim my galaxy buds but they keep raising the request with Samsung and nothing happens. O2 has become so useless that I will now have to think about leaving them.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@samisalonaIf you have been trying for 6 months, I'll tag our manager @Dave-O2 who will help you. You will have to wait a week though as he is on annual leave until a week on Monday.
