I've not been able to make or receive calls or texts for the past couple of days from my house in RG7 area ( nor has my wife and daughter who are also with O2) but if we drive a mile away everything is fine. Have checked the network checker and it says there are no issues, but recommends we switch the phones off and on which we've done with no joy. Tried to use the online chat but all I get is a message saying sorry they don't understand what I'm asking. Anyone else been having similar problems?
