I have a code to get an NHS discount on my o2 bill but it will not accept my NHS work email address, any ideas why?

The code for the NHS is NHS001

You may need to check you are giving the correct NHS address. I know a lot of Trusts have full stops in certain parts of their email addresses. Ask your HR dept for the correct address

We had reports last week of some email addressed not being accepted so I suggest you speak to customer services as there may be a problem with some formats.
