Missed Calls

People keep phoning me and telling me that they have missed a call from me ..... the problem is, I haven't called them and there's no record of a call being made from my phone. Could someone be cloning my number or using my account to make calls? 

Never come across anything like this before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
