I have lost my handset. Is there any way that O2 can track my location to help me find it?

It can be tracked using your Google login details through myxperia.sonymobile.com

https://www.google.com/android/find

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Depends on the type of phone.

See help here Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

Its a Sony Xperia 5

I don't have any app installed like Find my Phone or anything. Surely they can track the device if i have my location settings still on?
