Hi, @LisaB1 - if you use Twitter, @O2 will put you iin touch with their Social Media team, who will send you a url to take you straight into chat, if necessary.
Same applies to the O2 team in Facebook (same team, I think, but I do not use FB so don't know the handle they use on FB).
I have used Twitter with a high degree of success on several occasions... Good, knowledgeable, and responsive.

@pgnIt is the same team on FB, sadly their responses aren't quite as quick. Twitter seems the route to go
Incidentally they 'were' the same people who post here about updates and new releases. Not sure if that's changed now....?.
