Hi Folks,

Just tonight (About 30 minutes ago) noticed some sort of a LED "spot" on my screen.

It's not there when the screen is off, but I do notice when the screen is off and I look very closely, there almost looks & feels to be the tiniest of "dent" where the spot is when lit, near impossible to see, which is more than likely causing that spot on the screen when it's awake.

I was wondering if this  is something that would be covered under any type of o2 repair? I don't believe I have insurance (or if I do I just don't know how to check, been with o2 for quite some time now), so was just wondering what my best options where

Thanks slight_smile

It's a good bit more noticeable in person but here's some attempts at photos for reference

@emcardle6601 Your phone is under warranty and your issue should be covered by that. If you don't want to use social media and would prefer to talk to customer service call 202 from your mobile, 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
