Itemised billing

I hope someone can help because when I phone cs they haven't a clue. When I phone or text my wife her number doesn't come up on my itemised bill but my number comes up on her bill. Does anyone know why

Are you using the normal phone app or some other like imessage, facetime etc.....?

Do you have an inclusive calls and texts package? Iirc only charged calls and texts are itemised.

Does your wife pay per text and call? If yes then that's likely why she'll see hers itemised.

Or are u saying you text your wife and she gets charged?

All calls should show, even free calls are shown with £0.00 charge.

OP is referring to texts, not calls. If the OP has unlimited texts, would that still show?

Ah, I was mistaken then @MI5 thanks for the heads up on that. It does seem quite odd then. Your thoughts on a texting/calling app would definitely fit.

@Brenolly  If you have unlimited texts, what is the concern? Do other numbers you text appear on your bill?

Ah. Missed the phone bit. What if the OP has free O2 to O2 calls as part of his tariff but his wife doesn't?
