Hello, I’ve recently tried to move from Three to O2 and found a deal through the site Uswitch, I got the PAC code and everything alright and put in the order.
today I got the email that the order was unsuccessful and to contact the credit file referrals to find out why and I have emailed them but I’m just unsure if that means the order could still end up processed or if it’s not accepted/refused or cancelled.
The offer was no upfront cost and it comes up as precontract on emails.
Any idea on if the order is outright not going ahead or if I just need to wait on the response email to continue the order would be great thanks.
