I have been tring to contact a CA advisor, by various means, for nearly a month. No joy at all.
I can't use the O2 site because they want to do verification by text to the account mobile. Brilliant, except it is a data only plan and not attached to a text device.
Online assistant is less use than a broken brick. No phone number gets to a CA.
I don't do social media as a matter of choice and see no reason why I should.
Any reasonable suggestions gratefully accepted.

Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Thx Bambino. I will start the 'assault' Saturday morning. (I'm at work 8am weekdays and no phone use allowed. Apparently it's not safe when driving a fork lift!)
