I have been trying to get on chat since yesterday, just keeps saying checking for an available agent? Anyone else having this problem?

It does occasionally do this.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser.

Been trying to get on live chat since yesterday, finally managed to get on it and have now been waiting over 2 hours to speak with someone, gave it up as a bad job, not the best customer service I have come across!

Not the first time a complaint about live chat but always better to ring than rely on the usually poor live chat service just have a look at the posts about it on here
