Been trying to get on live chat since yesterday, finally managed to get on it and have now been waiting over 2 hours to speak with someone, gave it up as a bad job, not the best customer service I have come across!

Not the first time a complaint about live chat but always better to ring than rely on the usually poor live chat service just have a look at the posts about it on here
