Hello, I have broken my phone screen, how do I claim on my insurance and get it repaired? I've never made an insurance claim. So really don't know how it all works. Thanks

How to claim here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi, thanks for the reply. However I have called O2, been through all the security checks on the automated service for new insurance claim, the only option is to choose "lost or stolen phone" which isn't my query, I didn't choose this option and the call was ended. Can you advise how I actually make a new claim please as calling O2 doesn't seem possible at the moment

Hi, thanks. I did follow your link you posted which tells you to call customer services to make an insurance claim which I did, the only option after I've selected insurance claim is press 1 to report a lost or stolen phone otherwise visit O2.Co.uk

Ahhhhh, OK I did see the link to a claim form but read it as they may need that filled in and it asks for policy/claim number etc. However I'll give it a go see what happens
