Hello, I have broken my phone screen, how do I claim on my insurance and
get it repaired? I've never made an insurance claim. So really don't

Ahhhhh, OK I did see the link to a claim form but read it as they may
need that filled in and it asks for policy/claim number etc. However
I'll give it a go see what happens

customer services to make an insurance claim which I did, the only
option after I've selected insurance claim is press 1 to report a lost
or stolen phone otherwise visit O2.Co.uk
