Hi @Suco, just a quick update on this:
All previously known problems with the redemption website have been resolved, so if you are encountering any issues, please use the ‘Support’ form at the bottom of the microsite page - https://www.huaweiredemption.
Once the form is submitted properly, you should receive an automated confirmation email and upon the claim being submitted you should also see an on-screen confirmation to let you know it had gone through. Afterward, you will receive an SMS once the tablet has been dispatched.
